Which is better?

Learning Objective: This is a vocabulary class. At the end of the session, the participants are expected to be able to learn and use in conversations idioms with on and off expressions.
We usually hate an On-and-Off action. For example an On-and-Off Internet connection, Cable connection, Telephone connection and other common but imporatnt services. It doesn't only waste time and money, it's also a waste of energy because we became impatient and disappointed at times, worse than that we get angry if it gets severe.
But today, there's an On-and-Off that you would surely love. And this is what the lesson is all about today. Let's learn the On-and-Off in Idioms.

- If someone is on a fishing expedition, they are trying to get information, often using incorrect or improper ways to find things out.
2. On a roll...

3. On ice...

4. Off colour...

5. Off the hook...
-If someone is off the hook, they have avoided punishment or criticism for something they have done.
