Last Sunday, Albert and Jimmy went to the beach. There were hundreds of people there. Jimmy played volleyball and swam in the ocean. But Albert just sat on the beach and watched the girls. It was a hot day and Albert was very thirsty. He wanted a cold drink. Unfortunately, the only restaurant at the beach was closed. The temperature was 90 degrees and Albert was very uncomfortable. Finally, he saw a girl with a large picnic basket. It was Jane Garner, a friend from college. Albert carried the basket for her, and she gave him a drink. Five minutes later, Jimmy came and sat with them. They ate and drank and had a good time.
